Product Information

We make every effort to display our product information, images, descriptions, pricing, and availability as accurately as possible.

However, slight differences in color, size, appearance, packaging, or product presentation may occur due to screen settings, lighting, product updates, supplier changes, or manufacturing variations.

Product images are for illustrative purposes and may include props or lifestyle elements that are not included with the product unless clearly stated.

Wall adapter is not included.

Pet Use Disclaimer

Pawzy is designed as an interactive pet toy. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any pet health condition, anxiety disorder, behavioral issue, or medical problem.

Always supervise your pet during playtime, especially during first use.

No pet toy is indestructible. Please inspect the product regularly and discontinue use if it becomes damaged, broken, or unsafe for your pet.

Pawzy is intended for pets that can safely interact with this type of toy. It is the customer’s responsibility to determine whether the product is appropriate for their pet’s size, behavior, chewing habits, and activity level.

Shipping Notice

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

After processing, estimated delivery time is approximately 7–9 business days.

Total estimated delivery time is approximately 8–12 business days from the date your order is placed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If we are unable to ship your order within the promised timeframe, we will provide an update and, when required, give you the option to accept the new estimated shipping date or cancel your order for a refund.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 15-day return policy after delivery for eligible unused items.

To request a return, please contact us at pawzy46@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, in the same condition received, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used, chewed, pet-damaged, dirty, or incomplete items cannot be accepted for return unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

International Orders

We ship to select international destinations.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, VAT, or additional fees required by their country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or international carrier processing.
